Stacey completed a Bachelor of Science in chemical and molecular biology majoring in Human Physiology and Psychology and thereafter a BSc (Med) Honours in Nutrition and Dietetics through the University of Cape Town. Stacey has a special interest in the growing field of nutrigenomics – the study of how nutrients effect gene expression – and has completed a qualification through the European Nutrigenomics Organisation (NuGO).

She is also studying toward a qualification in functional medicine. This holistic, patient-centered approach addresses the underlying causes of disease rather than the surface symptoms. Stacey believes in empowering clients by equipping them with the knowledge and guidance to take charge of their own health. She assists clients in making practical, sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes that will improve their wellbeing, ensuring they develop a healthy, happy relationship with food and their bodies.

Stacey is based in London.
